Marriage Preparation 101:
How to be well prepared for marriage
This class teaches premarital couples how to be prepared for the
challenges of marriage, resulting in a solid foundation for a healthy,
resilient marriage. Participants learn about, discuss, and use strategic
planning to meet the following challenges that can lead to marital
distress if not addressed: In-laws, finances, housework, intimacy,
children, and balancing career and family. Participants also learn
communication skills using the well-researched "PREP"
approach from the book Fighting For Your
Marriage.

Relationship repair 101:
How to fix slightly dented or badly damaged relationships
This class teaches committed couples how to repair a damaged or
troubled relationship. Participants establish clear goals for their
relationship and learn how to begin accomplishing those goals right
away. They also learn how to reintroduce positive interactions into
the relationship; interrupt destructive patterns; solve problems
together and keep the changes going. Powerful techniques from Michelle
Weiner-Davis' book Divorce Busting
are taught.

Choosing a Partner 101:
How to make great partner choices
This class sheds light on how people choose partners. It teaches
participants how to avoid bad partner choices, and how to make great
partner choices. Using Barbara DeAngelis' bestseller Are
You the One For Me, participants learn what they need
to know about enduring compatibility so they can find a healthy,
happy, and lasting relationship.

7 Keys for Successful Relationships:
How to unlock the doors
Based on the latest research that has revolutionized the study of
relationships, participants learn what destroys relationships, and
what keeps relationships healthy and strong. Using John Gottman's
landmark book The 7 Principles for Making
Marriage Work, participants learn specific information,
skills, and exercises to acquire the 7 keys to lasting relationships.
